Our Church of Ellis Hollow is a historical site that is still with us because of it’s many loving owners. The Ellis Hollow Community Church was built in 1896 and the steeple was rebuilt after a fire, caused by lightning, in 1951. On May 27, 1993, the Church was designated a historic place in both the State and National Registers. In 1996, it celebrated its 100th Anniversary and sadly closed it’s doors as a place of worship for the last time in 2004.
We were lucky enough to purchase the Church in _year__ and do a major renovation, adding modern day features yet retaining much of its original charm, and turning it into the beautiful vacation accommodations it is today.
